Down Blend Cushions
Go ahead. Sit down. Relax and sink into the Heritage spring down seat cushions. These cushions are designed to create a high crown, inviting look and to provide deep down support. Filled with a generous amount of 10/90 down blend, Heritage spring down cushions offer unparalleled softness and support.
Back Pillows
Concorde fiber backs cradle the body for the ultimate in comfort. Our pillows are sewn with an accord ticking and filled with a hollow, siliconized polyester for a soft look and feel. Sinuous “No Sag” springs are also used in the backs to give extra resilience and support while you relax.
Goose Down Pillows
Unlike ordinary down pillows, our throw pillows do not contain polyester fiber. Polyester fiber makes down pillows bouncy and uncomfortable. Our throw pillows are filled with a mixture of 100% Down Blend of 5% down and 95% feathers. You’ll find that these superb pillows subtly shift to accommodate your body.
The Frame
Kiln-dried hardwoods often combined with seven-layer plywood comprise all frame parts. Each frame joint is double-doweled, glued and corner blocks screwed, guaranteeing strength and durability to last a lifetime.
8-way Hand Tied Springs
Individually tied coil springs connected by interlaced polyester twine assure silent, unitary support. This feature creates a superior sit and feel and is paramount to other types of seating foundations.
Seat Deck Support
The spring-up construction of our furniture will never bottom out. Coil springs secured to a heavy-duty polyester decking and reinforced with steel strapping protect this promise.
Seat Pads
To create extra comfort and a smooth appearance, a one-inch polyester seat deck pad is applied on top of the spring base.
Interior Foam
Our furniture is built with only the best elements, foam included. All of the interior component foam parts are of the highest quality and meet the California #117 fire code as a standard feature.
Batting
A high-grade Dacron polyester batting is used to give shape to the arms and is applied to outside frame parts for extra protection.
The Skirt
Either a fashionable 9” kick-pleat skirt or the carefree waterfall skirt which hangs unpretentiously from the seat is applied.
